Why instruct us?

Appeal expertise
Our partners specialise in bringing appeals before the Immigration Tribunal. Our experience of dealing with the whole immigration process from submitting applications to appearing before Immigration Judges gives us a unique perspective and the skills to ensure that we maximise our client's chances of success.

We have recently won appeals covering the following areas:

  • Skilled Workers;

  • EEA family member appeals (including retaining the right of residence issues);

  • Our success stories pages give details of some of the recent successes that we have had.

  • Entry Clearance appeals (particularly fiance, spouse, dependent family member and visitor appeals);

  • Settlement (long residence / 5-year settlement appeals);

  • Article 8 issues (right to private and family life).

Our solicitors also have extensive experience with judicial review cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

One partner throughout the appeal

We guarantee that from the moment you first call us to speak to a solicitor, you will be put through to one of our partners who will also be a qualified solicitor. If you decide to instruct our firm, that partner will be the person to meet with you and then assist you throughout the entire appeal process including representing you at the Tribunal.

Our Services

Our services to help you win an appeal usually come in two stages.

  • Initial meeting: At this meeting we will help you decide if you want to appeal and give you advice on:

  • Your chances of success in an appeal (our opinion);

  • The steps we can take in your case;

  • The law and procedure in relation to the appeals;

  • Timescales;

  • Our fixed fees.

Following that, we can assist you with all the steps until a final outcome is received.

Throughout the process we will:

  • Advise you of the evidence you will need to strengthen your case;

  • Prepare and submit witness statements with you and any witnesses;

    Where the appeal is successful, help you contact the UKBA or Embassy who should then grant your visa.

  • Prepare and submit full bundles of evidence in support of the appeal;

  • Prepare and submit a detailed skeleton of the arguments that will be made at the appeal hearing;

  • Represent you at your appeal hearing before an Immigration Judge;

  • Advise you in relation to the determination of the immigration judge and on the merits of any further appeal if necessary;
