Hi Adam

Just wanted to let you know that my card has arrived safely.

Thank you very much for all your help throughout these years years and i will be in touch next time when I can apply for a passport.

Have a great evening.

November 2015

Dear Advisa Solicitors

I would like to thank you for all your effort and professionalism on taking my case.

Now its the 3rd time that i used your firm and i will recommend it every time.

If i recall the first time i used your service, it was in 2010 when i was refused a tier 1 application. At that time, it was Lisa who took my case and she handled it very confident and her attention to every single detail made the case a success. The second time i had to renew my Tier 1 in 2013. i did not hesitate for a minute that i should use your services again. This time i met Adam, who also worked at the highest standards and expectations.

The team at Advisa is a success and they do an outstanding work, but please place my special thanks to Lisa and Adam who had done a great job.

Kind regards

Dear Adam,
We thank you for your relentless efforts to win our difficult refusal case. We have now received our ILR.
We must admit that we had no hope at all before we met you. Your attention to detail was next to none and you were brutal enough to help us procure the last piece of evidence.
We wish you all the best with helping people like us.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Advisa Solicitors. From the first meeting they were incredibly efficient, personable and thorough with their work. Despite a particularly long and frustrating case, Advisa were always there to support, answer any questions and generally be as helpful as possible. An excellent service all in all. Thank you Advisa.

December 2014

Dear Adam,

I wanted to email you to show my appreciation for your services, advice and support over the months leading up to the case and thereafter.  I was advised by a friend to use your Firm and their advice was not misplaced. It is down to the choice of your firm that I now possess my Residents Card. I also extend my thanks and appreciation to you for instructing Ellis Wilford a very skilled and knowledgeable Barrister who was a great asset to the case on the day.

Again, thank you and the best of luck in the future.

Dear Adam

I want you to know what a pleasure it’s been working on this with you and how impressed I’ve been with your professionalism, thoroughness and reactivity.  If ever I can help you in any way and/or provide a reference or testimonial, I would be happy to do so.

Dear Adam

My wife and I were very satisfied with the work Advisa Solicitors did. You helped us obtain our Tier 2 leave switching from the post-study work category. Everyone was telling us 'your case is a bit complicated' but for you, Adam, it was a piece of cake. Indeed, you managed to find several flaws and mistakes in the UKBA procedure then easily convinced the judge! I like the way you did all this: you worked smoothly in the background, prepared everything for us and you communicated clearly and honestly with me. Consequently, I felt so confident on the hearing day although I am the kind of person who gets generally nervous and anxious (for the smallest issues let alone court); I felt no pressure at all even though it was the first time I went to court
and all my future relied on that case!

It was a wise decision contacting Advisa Solicitors! I would certainly be recommending you to people.

Warm Regards

18 December 2013

In 2009, I was refused an extension of my visa under Tier 1 due to non-compliance with the so called "maintenance fund" clause, the arbitrary £800 limit, despite the fact that I work as a surgeon in the NHS, had a great job and had saved up £30,000 in premium bonds. The UKBA of course refused to accept that as proof and refused the application. I then sent several months and haemorrhaged tremendous amounts of hard earned money in bad legal advice.

It was only when I got fed up with the legal team that I came across Advisa Solicitors as they had dealt with a similar case involving funds saved in Premium Bonds. I contacted Adam and he was very forthcoming, gave me advice over several emails and sounded confident that the case could be over turned. Switching solicitors was the best decision I took.

Adam explored every angle of the case thoroughly, appeared to be extremely confident and within a matter of weeks, I was allowed a visa. I finally got my life back (quite literally, life was on hold for the best part of a year of uncertainty).

A year and a bit passed since and I needed to apply for ILR, without hesitation I contacted Adam again asking him to take on the case as a previous refusal might have been a complicating factor. But as expected, Adam did it swiftly.

Dealing with Advisa Solicitors has been an absolute pleasure. Adam was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my ordeal and just a few detailed discussions with him about the case were enough to reassure me that it's in the best possible hands.

My only regret - not coming across Advisa Solicitors sooner. But then again, all's well that ends well. Thank you Adam, you're a life-saver.

November 2013

Dear Advisa

I really appreciate your support and the way you handled the case with utmost confidence. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone I come across with any related issue.
Thank you once again

Advisa Solicitors

Thanks for everything with the Appeal - this should have been a chaotic and stressful 3 weeks, being we were up against an incredibly tight deadline, but you made sure that everything was covered and the whole process went smoothly and calmly which is something that is difficult to do in these sorts of trying circumstances. Thank you forever.

I was very pleased with the service provided. From my first contact, I knew I was in good hands. Adam was always very professional and his in-depth knowledge and experience in Immigration law was reassuring. After a brilliant representation, my Tier 1 General appeal was successful, thanks to Adam. I have already recommended Advisa Solicitors and will definitely continue to do so.
Kes, January 2013

Dear Advisa,

I would like to take a moment and thank you for my excellent legal representation. It was not the first time I sought for your legal assistance, and now it is another success-story. I am very pleased with the outcome and your handling of my case.
Switching immigration categories is always a stressful process for me; although, I usually plan ahead and prepare all paperwork in line with UKBA guidance, but in the end of the day I found myself in a tricky situation and being challenged by immigration authorities again. I can’t imagine where I would get without your help. It was the best decision to have trusted you for something so important for me and so not easy to get. I appreciate your patience and time dealing with my endless queries and emails.
Thank you ever so much for displaying experience and skills to get the best possible results on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who needs help with any immigration issues.
Best regards,

December 2012

Hello Adam,

I am so grateful for the work you did in getting me my visa for Tier 1 general. I had used two previous lawyers to no avail but you and your team got the job done in the shortest period of time. Thank you so very much for keeping me up to date at every turn and working your hardest to get the results I desired. I would definitely be recommending you. God bless.

December 2012

Dear Advisa Solicitors,
Thank you for accepting my Tier 1 appeal case at such short notice, it was barely 2 weeks to my appeal hearing when I contacted Advisa solicitors and this was after much thought and consideration as my previous solicitor informed me they would be unable to attend my appeal hearing.
I initially spoke with Lisa and her clear understanding of the situation and requirements for my Tier 1 General appeal gave me the assurance that I had made the right choice by contacting Advisa. Throughout the appeal process I received regular updates from Lisa detailing what to expect and also explaining the possible outcomes of every scenario and this was exactly what I needed to stay focused and prepare for any eventuality.
Adam was excellent at the hearing, after our initial discussion it was clearly obvious that I had gone with the best.
I have now received my passport duly stamped by the UKBA and would like to thanks Advisa Solicitors once again for the excellent job they've done.
Many thanks for everything.
Kind regards,
10 September 2012

Dear Advisa,
I'd like to use this opportunity to thank you for helping me successfully appeal against the rejection of my Tier 1 visa application. Back in October when my application was rejected it was quite a blow and I knew I needed good legal assistance in my attempt to overturn the UKBA's decision. I’ve contacted several firms specialising in the immigration law and Advisa was by far the best and most knowledgeable and I’m very happy that I’ve made the right choice.
I’d also like to specifically thank Lisa Amin for all her hard work on my case; her help and support were invaluable as well as her patience in answering (always promptly) my numerous queries! In our one-to-one meeting she presented a thorough analysis of my case and explained the options available to me, which made me feel much more relieved and confident – a priceless feeling in the time of great stress. I was also impressed with the way my expectations were managed throughout the case – Lisa managed to successfully maintain a tricky balance between being able to reassure me and make me feel more confident without at the same time encouraging any false hopes or expectations.
Without hesitation I would recommend Advisa to everyone looking for advice and help on immigration issues. In fact, if there are no major changes in the immigration rules regarding the settlement through long residency in the next 1.5 years, I will be back to Advisa myself for their help in handling my application for ILR.
Thank you very much!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lisa and her team at Advisa for their assistance with my appeal.  Their high level of service and attention to detail was exceptional and resulted in a successful appeal.  Furthermore they provided great support and representation during a difficult time for our family.  I would highly recommend Advisa Solicitors for any immigration matters.

Hi Adam,

Once again many thanks.

28 May 2012

Dear Advisa,
Thanks ever so much for your assistance.
When my initial switching from Post-study work visa to Tier 1 (General), refused on the basis of self-employed invoices verification and had been accused of using deception by UKBA. I was utterly devastated, and desperately seeking a good immigration solicitor, who could overturn my 10 years UK ban.
I contacted Advisa Solicitors online and got a reply within couple of hours, explaining the appeal procedure and list of evidence required for the hearing.  After my first meeting with Adam, I was fully satisfied and confident about my case, and by time we received the hearing date I had more than required evidence to argue in court.
Finally, judge allowed the appeal and today I received my passport with visa stamped.
I have already referred couple of my friends, who required assistance and advice in immigration matters, and I will certainly recommend Advisa Solicitors to anyone who needs Immigration advice.
Once again, Thank you ever so much for your aid.
God Bless You.

Dear Lisa

Thanks a lot for all your help both from me and my husbands side. We always felt comfortable after speaking to you and appreciate the way you dealt with our case and will always recommend you to others because of your strong professional knowledge.

24 January 2012

Dear Advisa

Thanks for being so available during all the stressful moments and over
New Year, I do appreciate it. It's such a detailed process and
overlooking just one of hundreds of tiny details can mean disaster (like
knowing the date of application is the date the fee is paid!) but it
came through, so everything turned out alright.

No doubt I'll be in touch over the next 12 months or so to find out what
my options are when this visa expires in 2013, as I'm sure the rules
will change many times between now and then.

All the best and thanks again,

20 January 2012

Dear Advisa
When my application for Tier 1 visa extension was rejected in April 10, I was desperately seeking legal help on the internet and came across with your web site. I am glad that I followed my gut feelings and wrote you an e-mail. Thank you so much for all your help and support during my appeal process. You literally took the hassle and worry away from me and your professional and calm manner made everything run smoothly.

I have no hesitation in recommending your services (as I have already done so) to those who require immigration advice in the future.

Good luck and warmest wishes.

Hi Adam
Thanks for the great news, we are all absolutely thrilled. The UKBA processing time was also a lot quicker than I had anticipated.

Netiphon and I would like to thank you very much for your expertise and assistance in obtaining a successful outcome for what was a fairly complicated case. I will be sure to recommend your services to anybody else who requires immigration assistance.

We would like to say a big thank you for your invaluable assistance regarding our visa extension application. You approached our queries with such clarity, professionalism, integrity and indepth knowledge. The guidance and support you provided (despite our endless emails!) truly goes to reflect the knowledge and experience Advisa Solicitors have. In this day and age of so much deceit and misguidance, you have proved to be highly recommended with regard to immigration queries and support. You handled our matter as if we were the only clients you had, giving us the very best counsel, keeping us in the loop and promptly responding to our calls and emails. Advisa Solicitors is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Dear Lisa,
My family and I cannot find sufficient words to express our gratitude.  When we applied for my initial student visa through a different law firm, they gave us out of date, incorrect advise which meant our applications were declined and our lives were turned upside down.  As you can imagine, when the time came to renew my Tier 4 visa, I was extremely anxious. You were recommended to us by my sister who is extremely difficult to please, so from the off-set I had high expectations.  You exceeded my expectations from the word go!  Your approach was extremely professional yet you made me feel comfortable enough to send you text messages after hours when I needed anything to be clarified.  I felt at ease because you had such extensive knowledge of the most up to date legislation affecting my case which was of particular importance to me.  You kept us informed at every stage, and you explained things so clearly. I appreciated the way you presented us with our options, explained the pros and cons of both and respected the decisions that we made.  I felt so confident throughout the application process, and you dispelled all of my anxiety.  The most important thing is that not once did my family and I feel like 'another client': your attentiveness and patience and eagerness to get to know us made us feel like your priority.  I will be recommending you without hesitation.  Thank you Lisa for looking after my family...

Dear Adam,
I and my husband would like to express our deep gratitude to you for accomplishing our job wonderfully. We both are very happy and satisfied with the success you have resulted due to your well-planned strategies and, timely and correct actions before and during the appeal for rejected tier 1 visa extension. Your invaluable contribution as our representative in the success of appeal is really very much commendable. You have brought the happiness in our life and you have been a real life saver.
I will definitely recommend you and your firm for other people out there who are seeking help for immigration and visa matters. Keep up your excellent job and all the very bests for your every future endeavour.

Dear Lisa,

We can't express the extent of joy you have brought into our lives. Your professionalism really paid off on both applications (Tier 4 and Tier 1) within three weeks. What a great result.

We will like to thank you once again for all your prompt replies to our text messages, TRAILER LOAD OF EMAILS and queries. Really appreciate all your advice. Never in a million years would it have been possible without your support.

We do pray that all your heart desire be granted and for God to give you the strength to continue the excellent work you are doing.

We can't thank you enough Lisa and we hope you will hold our hands to the end.

Dear Adam,

Thank you very much for your help during the most stressful period
of my life. I was refused further leave to remain by UKBA and due
to foolish actions by my previous lawyer I had lost my first
appeal and then I was recommended by one of my friend to use Adam's
services and I can say it loud that after having first meeting with Adam
I was convinced that I am in safe hands, Adam has got great knowledge of
immigration laws and on top of it, he is very professional human being
who listens to your concerns and gives you chance to express yourself.
He is always reachable and keeps you informed on the progress.

I am sure that for any immigration requirements in future, I would take his services blind folded.

Thanks Adam for great service.

Hi Lisa,

I want to extend my thanks to you and Advisa solicitors. It was such a correct decision to have you deal with my case. You handled my husband's immigration case which had him banned for 10 years  to enter UK with great expertise. You engaged and supported us throughout the course of six months and gave me the confidence and assurance when I was clearly under tremendous pressure and had lost hope. Its all come through now and all the hard work has paid off. You are an absolute professional and a great lawyer. Good luck.

Best wishes

Dear Lisa,

I do realise that our case was not a walk in the park. ILR application for
self-emplyed Tier 1 holder who was unemployed for over 1 year can get quite
tricky. What impressed me the most was your professionalism and sharp grasp of
exactly what we need for this case. It was clear that you were rooting for the
case a lot as if it were your ILR application decided. Nice to get an approval
from the first try - would never have happened without you. Fantastic result and
super positive feedback from the work you have done for us. THANK YOU.

12 August 2011

I was initially granted five years limited leave to remain in the UK as a family member of an EU national. However, following the breakdown of my marriage, I sought legal advice on my position from Advisa Solicitors and commenced divorce proceedings.

Lisa put together a good application on my behalf by explaining my circumstances and quoting the relevant legal framework, plus I provided all relevant documentary evidence. I was granted permanent residency in July 2010.

I must say that Lisa's approach was very thorough, confident and methodical. Thanks Lisa.'

Dear Advisa,

Thank you so much for all your help during the last year, obtaining the Certificate of Approval for us to get married and then subsequently getting the Residence Card which was issued in only 7 weeks!

I am so pleased that I found your firm! You are very professional and gave excellent advise from our first meeting. You made everything seem simple and you were very honest and explained everything thoroughly.

We really appreciate all your hard work in our case. Thank you so much.

I will certainly recommend Advisa Solicitors to anyone who needs Immigration advise.

Thank you for your great support and confidence that you gave towards my case even from the very first day. Without you it is not possible for me to get my visa extension. I really feel you have saved my life and given me a new life with your great advice and work you have done. I was completely broken when I got my refusal letter but after talking to you in the phone I really got that confidence that I will get my visa. Dearest Lisa

I would like to say a BIG thank you for everything you have done with regard to my successful appeal. You have been extremely helpful from day one, always responding to my emails and numerous questions promptly and reassuring me that I stood a chance to have my initial decision reconsidered. I do not think I can do justice or express in a few words how grateful I am for your assistance. To sum it up, out of all the solicitors I could have ended up with, I am most grateful to God for guiding me to someone who was not only a great solicitor but also an amazing human being! The passion you have for your profession is clearly evident from your excellent service and the impact you have made to people like me. Thank you very much and I hope to keep in touch.

Just to say thank you very much for helping us through the appeal process. Although we thought we would be able to deal with the  process ourselves, we were too involved to deal with the situation in an effective manner. Lisa provided the knowledge and level head needed to see us through, whilst providing much needed support and reassurance at an extremely difficult time.

When our application for visa extension was rejected, we were panicked. Being informed via post that you have ten days to leave the country is shocking- leave your job, your flat, everything. However, we found you and what started as a crisis of unknown proportions was rapidly organised into a series of addressable steps through which you deftly navigated our case.  You not only facilitated the invaluable appeal of our rejected visa application, but calmed our anxieties with professional service and a collected demeanour. We are extremely fortunate to have found you and to have had the benefit of your service. Thanks again, many times over.

Dear Lisa,

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you for all your work and support for the past year.  I got your number from a friend who had highly recommended your services. You were always straight forward, you admitted that my case was a hard one to win but you ensured that I had the best barristers representing me and the necessary documentation completed in a timely manner.

It has been a hard time for me and my family but you always made time to return our calls promptly and assured me when I had sometimes wavered in seeing this through. Hi Lisa,

First of all I would like to thank all the members of the Advisa Solicitors for their kind help in getting my visa and preparing all my necessary documents needed for the hearings and appeals.

I was in a state of great shock when I applied for my Post Study Work visa and got rejected due to the maintenance ground which was a requirement to get the sufficient points as per the new rules.

Then, I went to Advisa Solicitors and discussed my case and started preparing for my hearings and appeals. Now, I got my visa and I am very happy.

Finally, I would also like to thank you once again, and Justine Fisher and Ellis Wilford too for their great help.

Merry Christmas 2009 and a very Happy New Year 2010.

Thanking you.

With kind regards,

Dear Adam,

Dear Adam,
I would like to take the opportunity to say Thank you for your help in obtaining my indefinite leave to remain. As we both knew it was a very complex case, you gave me the confidence from the beginning that there were avenues that you could exhaust to win the case. Although at that time I felt like the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off. You were non judgmental, experienced, professional, extremely polite, prepared to listen and explained clearly to me how you would approach the case, consider all the necessary immigration paragraphs which were ignored by processing officer at the Home Office. You responded to my E mails and text messages fast and very professional.
Although you deal with immigration cases, my application was refused on grounds of disclosing a criminal record, you prepared my case so well, when it was passed on to Miss Michelle Brewer (counsel) for a hearing at the Tribunal. The immigration Judge was so impressed with the presentation and he instructed Counsel to say thank you to Mr. Adam Reid.
On the 27July 2009 I received a positive reply from the Immigration Tribunal. Mr.Reid  kept me informed and on the 26 November the Appeal unit requested for my passport. Four weeks later I was granted indefinite leave to remain.I shall be in contact again for your help with Naturalisation.

Dear Adam,

Just a note to say thankyou for all your help. All I can say is that I was lucky to have come across your website. After my HSMP extension was refused on maintenance grounds, I was unsure about what to do. You explained the process in detail and were happy to answer all my queries any time. I also remember bothering you on a saturday, which you did not mind. You introduced me to the idea of appealing for both tier 1 and  DLR ( which I had no idea about). Ultimately my Tier1 extension was sucessful thanks to your preparation/presentation of my case.

I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

Kind regards

Hi Adam,

I just wanted to say thank you one final time for your help over the past few months. You were always willing to answer my questions, and managed to walk that thin line between reassurance and managing my expectations, which was truly appreciated. Best of luck in your other cases, and hopefully the Home Office gets rid of that Maintenance rule soon.

Best Wishes,

Dear Mr Reid

As we separated in a bit of a hurry on the day of the hearing, I am not sure I was able to thank you properly for all your invaluable help and efforts throughout the appeal process. You always made yourself available, kept responding promptly to all my e-mails even during the weekends and were also able to listen and address all my concerns. Even though the case was a relatively straightforward one, I doubt if it would have sailed through so effortlessly without having your expertise on my side. Many thanks for all of that.

Dear Adam

On receiving the long awaited  and heart wrenching 'package' from the Home Office, I searched online and went with Advisa on instinct. How greatly it paid off! Adam had a calming effect, was professional yet emphathetic and honestly engaging. My family and I had been turned down on the 'insufficient maintenance' grounds. 6 weeks later we won our appeal to have my Tier 1 General extension granted. Simply put, Adam and his Advisa team were heaven sent. I'll remain eternally grateful.

23 June 2009

Dear Lisa,

It would have been really disruptive for me if my appeal hadn't been successful, as I wouldn't have been able to continue my postgrad training in the UK. You were incredibly professional and a real pleasure to work with.

09 June 2009

Mr. Adam Reid of Advisa Solicitors has lodged a Judicial Review in the High Court on my behalf: My application for Tier 1 leave was refused in September 2008 for reasons relating to maintenance funds. As I was a UK work permit holder applying from within Britain, I was denied appeal, so I was advised by Mr. Reid that I had an arguable case to take the Tier 1 team to the High Court.

It has been an extremely rewarding experience, as Mr. Reid has acted not only with utter professionalism but also with meticulous dedication to the case at hand. He has taken me through all the steps and all the possible outcomes, explaining to me as I enquired, often repeatedly, about all the details. Not once has his assessment been gratuitously optimistic and he would not at all hesitate to tell about the challenges that my case faced throughout the process. He has been very transparent in the process, making sure that I understood every single step by keeping me abreast of every small development no matter how insignificant it was, simplifying for me the legal jargon at times. He was always accessible and prompt in replying to my queries, sometimes liaising with me on weekends, though he was neither obliged nor expected to.

Finally, Mr. Reid had urged me to go ahead with a certain option though the alternative would have been financially profitable for him: He would gain nothing from the option that was best suited to my interest and he still kept this interest catered for.

The outcome of the case was positive and I have been awarded the Tier 1 leave. I would most certainly resort to Advisa Solicitors in any immigration matter concerning me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with such issues. I know that I am in safe hands, not to mention that even on the personal level, Mr. Reid is a very pleasant and soft spoken person.

Hi Advisa Solicitors,

I'm very happy & delighted to write this email as we've received our Tier1 Visa, at last - after 3.5 months!!
Myself and my wife are very thankful to god first and then thank Lisa Amin with whom we got this visa applied. We did not meet Lisa so far and all our communication was happening just over phone and mails and Lisa is patient enough in reading my big mails and respond as soon as possible.
My friends suggested me to apply for this visa on my own but I didn't want to take chances and then a good friend of mine recommended Lisa. Though my case was not very complex, I believe it would've been a different result today had I applied on my own as there are some important things that professionals like Lisa would be aware of and that matters a lot. She used to compile all the documents sent, prepare covering letter and used to send to me also to validate it from my end. So, there's 100% transparency on our case and we know how strong our application is going to be and the chances of getting positive result.
I had some part of my previous earnings from New Zealand and some earnings from UK, and to meet the Maintenance Funds, I had to pool my home country multiple bank accounts and also use 3 UK bank accounts and it would've been quite challenging for one to project this in easily readable format for Home Office to understand and Lisa Amin has rightly executed the job there by making complex things simple - 'short & sweet' summary of previous earning & maintenance funds.
We've applied during last week of Jan'09 and it took more than 3 months to get the visa. I think its because of all the different countries bank statements etc. which made my application consume more time, but the covering letter prepared by Lisa has really made the difference I think. Thanks a TON Lisa.
I have already recommended Advisa to a friend who has started his process through Lisa and would continue to recommend.
Thanks & Regards,

To advisa solicitors
I just wish to let you know how grateful I and my family are with all the work and great attention which was put into my aunts case by Adam Reid.

After many failed attempts of getting my aunts appeal approved we had lost all hope of ever getting the result we wanted. This was a very complicated case which was for a visitor’s visa to London. I came across your site by chance and we only had a few days left to put in an appeal, and I was not initially going to make another appeal after being disappointed so many times before.

But I don’t now why I just felt that I should try again, maybe 3rd time I might get somewhere. So I email advisa ASAP giving you a brief summery of the case. You got back to me and we arranged a meeting. You explained all the legal matters and my chance of having the case approved.

After that the appeal was made and I was always kept informed of all that was happening. I was happier with the fact that every time I had a question about the case I would email Adam and he would always reply. And then finally when the case got to court, a hundred and one thinks were going through my mind. All I could think of was I don’t want the case to fail again as I could not face telling my aunt and here children that the case was not approved again.
But to my shock the case was approved on the day of the hearing by the judge. I could not believe it had finally happened.  The appeal was approved. I had a smile on my face for many days after. And the joy of telling the family is beyond words.

I can’t thank Adam enough as I could not have done this without him. I would recommend him to anyone, and in fact I already have.
MANY MANY thanks from me and our family

Thanks again, I couldn't have done this without you.

Hi Lisa,

Good news, we have the visa!
We are both very happy as you can imagine.

As you predicted it was a straight forward and they did not bother with an interview.

I am sure you will hear from us again once we come over.

Thank you so much for all your help, much appreciated indeed.

Dear Advisa,

I wanted to send you this email to show my appreciation for the wonderful
work you did for me with regards to my Tier 1 application. As you are very
aware, I did not have the £800 maintainance funds in my account for the last
3months before the application, however, I was in possession of some premium
bond which I held for more than the 3month requirement.

I was convinced we were going to get a rejection from the home office and
would need to over turn the decision via an appeal. However, due to you
efforts I have been saved both time and money. This is wonderful especially
in these hard times.

Thank you very much and you have been very professional in all my dealings
with you and I would happily recommend your service to anyone who needs it.

Dear Advisa Solicitors

Finally, we would like to thank you for your help in getting Rita's entry clearance refusal decision overturned. We had been informed by other solicitors that the refusal decision, based on previous immigration history, would not be overturned and that we should apply directly for an appeal hearing. Advisa's process of requesting a review of the decision independently to the notice of appeal is a service not provided by other companies. The request for a review of the decision was well constructed, responding to the grounds for refusal with legal arguements and supporting documents. This, together with our perseverance in obtaining a response from the Entry Clearance Manager, including help from our local MP, resulted in the decision being overturned without the need for an appeal hearing and Rita being home to enjoy a family Christmas and New Year.

We will certainly recommend Advisa Solicitors to other's in a similar situation in the future.

Yours sincerely

Rita and David Robinson.

My Advisa testimonial

I married my Algerian husband in October 2007. We applied for his settlement visa in January 2008 which was refused. I found the whole system very confusing and not an easy process to understand.

I then appointed Adam Reid at Advisa and everything changed from there. He was always prompt in answering my queries and was very patient and understanding of my situation. With Adam’s help we managed to have the decision overturned, going to the Immigration Tribunal to achieve this initially, and finally we had to chase the Embassy in Algiers as they were holding things up at their end, even though his appeal had been approved!

I would definitely recommend Adam Reid and Advisa Solicitors; prior to contacting them I had found the whole process was very frustrating, stressful and complicated. They guided me through the system and I felt that they really fought to help me get my husband home to live with me.

Dear Lisa / Advisa Solicitors

We are pleased to let you know that my husband has been given a 2 year visa
from the British Embassy in Tehran yesterday afternoon. We couldn't let you
know yesterday because it was a one day holiday for 30 year anniversary
celebrations for the new government and all the internet cafes were closed.

We thank you very much for all your help and advice and presenting the
British Embassy here with all the correct documentation and helping us have
a strong case. Without your help I don't think we would have succeeded. Your
attached paper work to our documents also helped in our case, you covered
every detail, you left no stone unturned.

You have made us very happy, when we have time to come to London we would
like to meet you and thank you in person.

Regards from Laraine and Hossein.

Dear Advisa Solicitors,

Before you were instructed to represent me, I had no hopes of a positive outcome at any stage of my case. As soon as you started representing me, my case took a different turn. You studied every bit of my case and brought meaning to what others thought was meaningless.
I was never in the dark. You kept me informed about my case at all times by telephone, emails and letters. I really appreciated this.

My case has got to this stage because of your professionalism. No matter what happens, I will always be proud of you. I cannot think of a better solicitor to recommend to other people seeking good legal representation. I wish you the best in every facet of life as you delve into the New Year. Many thanks for your help.

Dear Adam,

Thank you for your help with my matter.

Before I instructed you my HSMP application had been refused 3 times and I had almost given up hope. You explained my options to me very clearly and convinced me to challenge the Home Office in the High Court through Judicial Review.

I couldn’t believe it when the Home Office changed their decision and granted me HSMP approval only days after they received your letter before action. It was amazing.

Thanks again for all of your help.

Dear Advisa Solicitors

My case initially was looking very complicated. Even some immigration consultants were not able to understand it well. I had to spend some money to choose the right choice. Luckily I had also an appointment with Advisa Solicitors.
The first meeting was enough for my decision to go with Advisa Solicitors. They had a very professional approach to clients. My case was understood very well. Also I was kept aware of the proceedings and difficulties with the case. I was not kept dark on any point. I had help and assistance at any time. Though the case was quite complicated but thanks to Advisa Solicitors they spent time to search within th
